A little bit about us…

Before you tell us about you, here is a bit about our professional background and what you can expect when you work with us.

Noël d’Albertis, LCSW, MBA

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master’s in Social Work.

Since 1998 I have worked with children, youth, adults, and families in a variety of settings including preschool teacher, youth programs director, community center director, executive director for a human services organization, and most importantly, therapist.

You can expect me to listen well, offer support, reflect and provide insight. I am a direct communicator and I prefer to focus on goals designed by you. You will find that I am in your corner and rooting for you every step of the way. I accept people for who they are and how they choose to be.

We have been friends for over 20 years. We love what we do and have always wanted to be in private practice together. You can work with us individually, or as a team. We have different styles but complement each other well. For example, Courtney love littles and Noel loves working with adolescents. We have co-counseled families and couples. We share the belief that people can overcome anything with the right tools and the right support.
