Couples therapy is a specialized form of psychotherapy designed to help partners in a romantic relationship enhance their connection, resolve conflicts, and build healthier patterns of communication.
We provide a unique approach to couples therapy by providing the expertise of two therapists. Ideally, each partner is engaged in individual therapy with one of us, and then we provide conjoint couples therapy to help gain greater insight and understanding and to help with expressing thoughts and feelings in a constructive way that leads to a stronger bond. Both individuals feel they have an advocate and that their needs and feelings are being heard and represented.
